Wholesale Terms of Sale
All orders are subject to the following terms:
- Minimum order quantities apply as listed on each product
- Payment is required before fulfillment begins
- All orders ship DDP. Duties and taxes are included in the price
- Returns are accepted for damaged goods only. Photo evidence required within 48 hours of delivery
- Custom and branded orders are non-refundable once production begins
- Lead times begin upon receipt of payment
- Parcel Theory.ca reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled within the stated lead time
