How Shipping Works
We source products from international suppliers and arrange delivery to Canada using third-party logistics partners. Once your order is placed, we purchase the item on your behalf and coordinate international shipping and final delivery.
We work with established international freight providers, including Red Maple Leaf Logistics, to transport orders to Canada efficiently and at competitive rates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on destination, package size, and weight. Rates are set by our logistics partners and may vary by order.
Where possible, we assist with rate optimization and consolidation to reduce unnecessary shipping costs for customers.
Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier conditions
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import fees. Where applicable:

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking updates may be limited during certain stages of international transit.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delays & Exceptions
While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates and appreciate your patience with international shipments.
